Community Guidelines

Effective date: 11 October 2026

ZeroWeight is a place to create AI companions and talk with them. These guidelines apply to everything on ZeroWeight: the companions people create and share, their names, pictures and descriptions, and the conversations you have. They apply alongside our Terms and Conditions.

What is not allowed

  • Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes or endangers a child, including companions that look or are described as children in a sexual context. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
  • Sexually explicit content in public companions, their pictures or their descriptions.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or content meant to demean or intimidate someone.
  • Hate speech: attacking people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease.
  • Graphic violence, or encouraging people to harm others.
  • Encouraging or giving instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Illegal activity, such as selling drugs or weapons, fraud, or hacking.
  • Spam, scams and misleading content.
  • Impersonating a real person or organization, or creating a companion from a real person's likeness without their permission.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Creating and sharing companions

You are responsible for the companions you create and for what you make public. Public companions must follow these guidelines in their name, picture, description and personality. Companions are AI characters: what they say is generated, is not the view of ZeroWeight, and should not be taken as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Staying safe

If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. A companion cannot help in an emergency.

Reporting and blocking

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it. In the app you can:

  • Long-press a message to report the message or the companion.
  • Open a companion's settings and choose Report or Block.
  • Tap the flag on a companion's page in the Community.
  • Go to Settings → Safety & Reporting to report anything else, see the status of your reports, and manage the companions you have blocked.

What happens after a report

Blocking takes effect immediately: a blocked companion disappears from your lists. Every report is reviewed by a person, usually within 24 hours. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and accounts that break them, especially repeatedly or seriously, may be suspended or banned. You can follow your reports in Settings → Safety & Reporting.
