Welcome to ZeroWeight AI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

1. Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Use of Service

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Content and AI Generations

Users are solely responsible for the inputs and content generated using our AI avatars. ZeroWeight AI claims no ownership of the content you process or create using our platform, but you grant us a license to use this content as necessary to provide the service.

These terms, together with the Terms of Service above, are the end user license agreement ("EULA") for the ZeroWeight mobile app on iOS and Android. They apply in addition to the rules of the store you downloaded the app from.

License

ZeroWeight AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

ZeroWeight Plus (auto-renewing subscription)

ZeroWeight Plus is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Its price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Coins

Coins are consumable digital items used inside ZeroWeight. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds for store purchases

Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests for them are handled by that store under its own policies.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and ZeroWeight AI, not Apple, and ZeroWeight AI alone is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. ZeroWeight AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes a third party's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial months or unused time in a billing cycle. However, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Extra Credits

Purchases of one-time extra credit packs are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
